Module 2x2

The Module 2x2 figure plots Module Importance Rating (MIR) against Module Satisfaction Rating (MSR) with the Overall Importance Rating (OIR) and Overall Satisfaction Rating (OSR) dividing the figure into 4 quadrants (A,B,C,D). Each quadrant has its own characteristic level of importance and satisfaction. For example, quadrant A represents those modules that are of low satisfaction and high importance; This quadrant is of utmost concern.

The standard Module 2x2 figure represents all participants, but may be constructed for any demographic group.

The Module 2x2 figure is included in the Comprehensive Survey product, if the Importance Rating option is selected.
