Statement 2x2 (aka Question 2x2)

The Statement 2x2 figure plots Question Importance Rating (QIR) against Question Satisfaction Rating (QSR) with the Overall Importance Rating (OIR) and Overall Satisfaction Rating (OSR) dividing the figure into 4 quadrants (A,B,C,D). Each quadrant has its own characteristic level of importance and satisfaction. For example, quadrant A represents those statements that are of low satisfaction and high importance; This quadrant is of utmost concern.

The standard Statement 2x2 figure represents all participants, but may be constructed for any demographic group. This is true for the example below in which a specific location as been selected. In addition, the values for all participants is also shown with connectors to the location-specific value.
