Figure Example: Pareto Chart

The Pareto Chart is primarily used to highlight the key topics raised in the Employee Comments section in descending frequency as represented by the column bars, labeled "Count", in the figure below. The line graph, labeled "Cum. Percent", is the cumulative total, as a percent. This figure makes it easier to set actionable goals when addressing a large volume of employee comments.

The Pareto Chart is included with the Comprehensive Survey and is available for all other survey products, except the Pulse Survey.
